I've had multiple vehicles serviced at different shops across Oahu, and I can honestly say the Firestone on Schofield Barracks has the best customer service on the island. The entire team was professional, friendly, and made the whole process easy from start to finish. I recently brought my 2023 BMW X7 in to have a tire repaired, and everything was handled quickly and professionally. They kept me informed, treated my vehicle with care, and made sure I left completely satisfied. It's rare to find a shop that consistently delivers this level of customer service. I have absolutely no complaints. You all have earned a lifetime customer. Keep up the outstanding work!

I had such great service from Jon Rubio. He was exceptional and very thorough. He walked me through what was needed and showed me what was wrong with my car and took great care of me. The technician Eryka was amazing and really good at what she does. Very meticulous and caring. I watched her service my car and saw how she cleaned and oiled the area before putting my brakes together and my wheel on. She was great! They are both a great team! Mahalo Firestone!

I made my appointment for 0800 just to get my oil changed and a tire rotation. They have always been good with taking care of my vehicles. But today they took two hours just to do my oil change and didn’t even do my tire rotation. I had to bring my daughter to the airport for 1030 so she could make her flight. That’s ridiculous to take two hours and didn’t even get to do my tire rotation. They have never taken that long for any of my services.

I dropped off my tire the day before to be fixed because it was leaking. I had a 7:30am appointment the next day and was informed it would be completed closed to my appt time since I dropped it off the day prior. The techs took several cars before me even though I had an appt. I spoke with the front desk around 8:30am and the desk worker told me it would be finished soon. The work was not completed until around 1pm, 4.5 hours later. It would have been appreciated if the Costumer service reps were more honest about times of completion during an appointment. Granted I am pretty confident my job did not actually take 4.5 hours to complete. The work was completed well and the price was fair. The tire pressure light never went off after the fix was made though.

I had a very frustrating experience at this Firestone location. The customer service came across as rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. When I arrived, I stepped up to the desk near the shop entrance where several employees were sitting. Instead of helping, I was told to go inside. After going inside and explaining that I simply needed a lawn mower tire inflated, they told me to go back outside to the shop area — the same place I had just been sent away from. Once someone finally looked at the tire, the employee attempted to inflate it for no more than about 10 seconds before giving up. It’s a simple tubeless lawn mower tire. After that very brief attempt, he walked away and went back to having a conversation with another employee instead of trying to actually help. If something that basic can’t be handled, it really makes you question how anyone could trust them with a $40,000 vehicle. The lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unwillingness to assist made this a very disappointing experience. I won’t be returning.
